December is a month where I usually look forward to a few bookish gifts that are from people other than myself … but, I love me very much so obviously I bought myself a few to go along with those I’ve been gifted by others.
Hope those of you who celebrate Christmas have had a good one.

We Ride the Storm and The Bone Shard Daughter are both brilliant, Thirteen Storeys and The Outsider too with a pretty decent ending for King! I also enjoyed The Chestnut Man and I’ve heard good things about The Creak on the Stairs, it’s a great haul, enjoy your books. 🙂

I remember seeing Thirteen Storeys on your blog and loving the sound of it. I also loved the author’s short horror stories he does for a podcast called ‘The Magnus Archive’. So was always going to be picking that up.
Heard amazing things about We Ride The Storm.
Karen was kind enough to send me a copy of The Creak on the Stairs, so hoping to get to that soon.
